You are also prohibited from: Violating any local, state, national, or international laws, as well as any contractual or fiduciary obligations. Sharing your password, allowing others to access your account, or taking any other action that might compromise your account. Attempting to access another user’s account. Reproducing, transmitting, selling, reselling, or otherwise misappropriating any content from our Services unless explicitly permitted. Accessing, modifying, or using restricted parts of our systems, unless expressly authorized. Bypassing or breaching our authentication or security protocols, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless expressly authorized. Attempting to reverse-engineer any aspect of our Services. Disrupting any user, host, or network, by means such as transmitting a virus, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing. Using our Services to spread malware. Using our Services or any France Micro-Credential platform features for anything other than completing online courses or educational purposes. Impersonating a person or institution or misrepresenting your association with them. Encouraging or assisting anyone in accomplishing any of the actions listed above.
