Intellectual Property and Trademarks
When utilizing the Services, France Micro-Credential expects its users to respect the intellectual property rights of our Content Providers, Teachers, Students, and other Third Parties.
General information
France Micro-Credential respects the intellectual property rights of our Content Providers, instructors, users, and other third parties, and we expect our users to do the same while utilizing the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others, or who are repeatedly accused of doing so.
If you believe that content on the France Micro-Credential platform violates your copyright, you (or your agent) have the right to submit a notification requesting that the content be removed or that access to it be disabled.
Notification Details
The notification must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works on the platform are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or is the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
The complainant's name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
A statement of good faith, declaring that the complaining party believes the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Before submitting a notification, we recommend consulting with a legal professional. Please also be aware that the authority may impose penalties for fraudulent claims.
Additionally, France Micro-Credential respects the trademark rights of others. At our sole discretion, we may update, suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts containing content that misleads others or violates another's trademark. If you believe someone is using your trademark without authorization on our Services, please email us at support@paris-u.fr, and we will evaluate your claim. If appropriate, we may remove the infringing content, warn the user, and/or temporarily or permanently suspend or deactivate the user’s account.
